Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Perishable goods
• Downloadable or digital products
• Items damaged due to misuse

How to Return

1. Email us at support@apexcart.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
